Statue of Zeus at Olympia.

The Statue of Zeus was a big figure of the titular God. Sculptor Phidias created it about 435 B. C.

This sculpture appeared at the Temple of Zeus. Statue of Zeus at Olympia was made from different materials such as: gold, ivory, and ebony. About 13 m it's height.

Olympic Games took place in the name of Ancient Greek God Zeus. It was important for poeple.

The third of Seven Wonders of the Ancient World was damaged by fire in A. D. 425.
