Melpomene.

Melpomene (Μελπομένη) (Melpoménē) was the Muse (Moûsai) of tragedy in Greek mythology. Zeus (Zeús) was her father and Mnemosyne was her mother.

Tragic mask was Melpomene's symbol.

Other Muses (Múses) and children of Zeus were her siblings.

Achelous (Ἀχελώϊος) (Akhelôios) was Melpomene's consort. They had children called sirens (Σειρήν) (Seirḗn) (Σειρῆνες) (Seirênes).
