Great people: Charles Dickens.

Charles John Huffam Dickens was an English writer. He was born on February 7, 1812, in Hampshire, England.

Dickens wrote his famous books during the Victorian era. Oliver Twist, or, The Parish Boy’s Progress (1838), David Copperfield (1849), and Great Expectations (1861) were Charles Dickens’ famous novels.

He was married and had children.

Charles Dickens died on June 9, 1870, in Kent, England.
