Recipe of homemade chocolate bar or candy.

Ingridients:

Sugar-500 g
Heavy Whipping Cream-250 g
Sweet cream butter-150 g
Baking cocoa-14 table spoon
Salt-1 pinch




Pour sugar  into a pan and add Heavy Whipping Cream. Boil about 15-20 min over medium heat. Mass can escape! Caution!




Add the butter. Mix constantly. After add the baking cocoa. Mix all. Add the pinch of salt. If you like dark chocolate you can add more baking cocoa.






Cool mass of 10 min after removing from the heat in the cold bath or ice.

Brush with oil dish.



Pour the mass in a dish.


After 20-30 minutes you can chopped chocolate with warm knife.


P.S. If you want you can add dry fruit and nuts in liquid mass and mix. Keep refrigerated.
