Joseph Rudyard Kipling was born on December 30, 1865, Bombay Presidency, India. He was a writer.

The Jungle Book (1894) was one of Kipling's works.


Also, he had Nobel Prize in Literature (1907).



Rudyard Kipling was married and had children.

He died on January 18, 1936, in London, England.

Great people: Ernest Hemingway.

 Ernest Miller Hemingway was an American writer. He was born on July 21, 1899, in Oak Park, Illinois. His parents were Clarence and Grace Hemingway. Ernest had several siblings.

He took part in wars. Ernest Hemingway visited different countries.

Hemingway's famous books: The Sun Also Rises (1926), For Whom the Bell Tolls (1940), The Old Man and the Sea (1952).

Ernest Hemingway had a Pulitzer Prize for Fiction (1953) and Nobel Prize in Literature (1954).

There are many movies and cartoons about his novels.

Hemingway had wives and children.

He died on July 2, 1961, in Ketchum, Idaho.

Great people: George Bernard Shaw.

George Bernard Shaw was born on July 26, 1856 in Dublin, Ireland. His parents were George Carr Shaw and Lucinda Elizabeth Shaw. Also, he had two older sisters.

Shaw became a playwright and critic. He wrote many novels and plays. Cashel Byron's Profession (1882), Caesar and Cleopatra (1898), Pygmalion (1913).



George Bernard Shaw visited different cities and countries. He had Nobel Prize in Literature in 1925, as well as Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay in 1939.



George Shaw married in 1898 to Charlotte Payne-Townshend.

Shaw's quotes and aphorisms became famous, too.

George Bernard Shaw died on November 2, 1950 in England.

Great people: Albert Einstein.

Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, in German Empire. His parents were Hermann Einstein and Paulone Koch. Also, Albert had a younger sister Maja.


Since early childhood Einstein was interested in science and books. He studied in different countries including Switzerland and Czechoslovak Republic.

Young scientinst was interested in many sciences, but especially in physics. Albert Einstein studied this subject very deeply. So, he discovered a general theory of relativity. It was very important for modern physics.

Einstein was married two times and had three children. The scientist studied different things and received many awards. Including Nobel Prize of Physics (1921).



Albert Einstein died on April 18, 1955, in New Jersey, the USA.
