Recipe of homemade pies with mascarpone.



Ingredients:

Cookie dough-500 g
Flour-3 table spoon
Mascarpone-300 g
Sugar-1 cup (200 g)
Salt-pinch
Egg whites-2
Baking soda-1 tea spoon


Make a cookie dough with two egg yolks.




Make a round balls from dough.




Mix in one bowl: mascarpone, sugar, sour cream, egg whites, salt, and flour. 





Lay mascarpone mix in round cookie dough.




Warm up oven 425 F (218 C). Bake pies with mascarpone 400 F (204 C) about 20-30 minutes.
