Recipe of homemade dough with berries for cookies.

Ingredients:

Flour-about 1 kg

Sugar-150 g (5.3oz)

Sour cream-3 table spoons

Mayonnaise-3 table spoons

Margarine-4 oz (113g)

Honey-3 table spoons

Eggs-2

Berries-4 table spoons

Peanuts-4 table spoons (ground)

Milk-50 g

Oats old fashioned and quick-8 table spoons

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Salt-3/4 tea spoon


Eggs, sour cream, margarine, milk, salt, mayonnaise, honey, sugar mix in blender.


After in bowl add flour, peanuts, old fashioned and quick oats, and berries.




Roll out the thick dough about 1 cm.


Choose form for your cookies.

Recipe of homemade pastry cream.

Ingredients:

Eggs-2

Milk-500 mL

Sugar-150 g

Butter-100 g

Flour-3 table spoons

Salt-1 pinch

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, and flour in one bowl. Boil them and add milk during several minutes. After add butter. And mix again.

You can add this cream to eclairs or other baked goods.

Recipe of homemade dough for sweet pastry.

Ingredients:

Flour-800 g

Milk-200 g

Eggs-2

Sugar-100 g

Margarine-800 g

Sour cream-1 table spoon

Salt-half of tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Yeast-1 tea spoon


100 g of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl



Leave in warm place about 30 min. Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs.



Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, sour cream, and make dough.

Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours.




Later mix your dough and cook pastry.

Recipe of homemade cream stuffing cheesecake.


Ingredients:

Cream cheese "Philadelphia" or homemade mascarpone-700 g

Sugar-300 g

Eggs-2

Heavy whipping cream-50 ml

Mix all ingredients in one bowl or mixer and make cream. When base finish bake put the cream in the base. After bake base and cream together about 30 min. Warm up the oven 350 °F (176.667 °C) and bake 300 °F (148.889 °C). Switch offs the oven and leave cheesecake there about 5 hours.

Recipe of homemade buns with raisins.

Ingredients:

Flour-800 g

Milk-200 g

Eggs-2

Sugar-100 g

Margarine-800 g

Sour cream-1 table spoon

Salt-half of tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Yeast-1 tea spoon

Raisins-200 g

100 g of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl. Leave in warm place about 30 min. Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs. How our mix rise add milk and margarine. Melt margarine with milk. Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, sour cream, and make dough. Add raisins. Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours. Make balls from dough. Warm oven 218.333 °C (425 °F). Bake about 30 min with temperature 148.889 °C (300 °F).

Recipe of preparing dry fruits for homemade pastry.

Ingredients:

Dry fruits-200 g

Flour-for dry fruits


Wash the dry fruits in water and dry on the paper towel. After add into the flour.







Mix dry fruits with the dough.

Recipe of homemade dough for fruit cake.

Ingredients:

Flour-450 g

Sugar-300 g

Eggs-3

Sour cream-100 g

Mayonnaise-2 table spoons 

Milk-50 g

Butter-100 g

Salt-1/3 tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Mix sugar and butter in one bowl.



Add eggs. Mix foods.


After add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, milk, and baking powder.




Add the flour.


The dough should be like thick sour cream.

Recipe of homemade plum pie.

Ingredients for dough:

Flour-500 g

Sugar-50 g

Eggs-2

Butter-50 g

Warm milk-15 mL

Salt-1/3 tea spoon

Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon

Yeast-4 g

Ingredients for stuffing:

Plums-1 kg

Sugar-200 g

Semolina-1 table spoon

15 mL of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl. Leave in warm place about 30 min.  Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs. How our mix rise add milk and butter. Melt butter with milk. Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, and make dough. Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours. Boil plums with sugar 5 minutes. Add semolina to boiled plums. Add boiled plums to the dough.
