Recipe of homemade holiday cookies.

Ingredients:

Flour-0.5 kg

Sugar-100 g

Eggs-2

Butter-100 g

Salt-1/3 tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Mix 100 g of sugar with butter. Add eggs and mix. After add salt and bake powder. Also, add flour and mix. After roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thickness. Make mold figures from dough. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C (392 °F). If you want you can add sugar topping.

Recipe of homemade sugar topping.

Ingredients:

Sugar-500 g

Water-150 mL

Lemon juice-1 table spoon

Mix and boil sugar and water about 5 minutes. Add  lemon juice at the end. Cold and whip the sugar topping.

You can spread the sugar topping on your desserts. Also, you can live your homemade sugar topping in refrigerator.
