Hecate.

Hecate was a goddess of the moon and magic. Her parents were Pareses and Asteria.

Goddess had relations with other greek creatures. Hecate was important for the underworld. Her own symbols were: keys, wheel, dogs, and polecat.

Hecate had several offsprings. There are statues and paintings about this goddess.

Tales from childhood: Improving the situation.

Little Sophie visited the elementary school prom. Next year she will finish the elementary school. It was spring and there were green leaves on the trees. She returned from school.

Afterwards, Sophie went to the yard. The girl was greeted by old women. Child saw Lara's mother. She was happy. Woman didn't cry. Lara had a bouquet of spring flowers.

Sophie decided that this woman solved her problems. Lara talked with Sophie about kindergarten days. Young woman talked with a man on her cell phone.

Once mother and Sophie visited shop. They met Lara'a mother and the young man. He was handsome and polite. The man and woman held hands all the time.

Art Deco.

Art Deco or Arts Decoratifs (Internacional Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts) appeared at the beginning of XX century.

This style had parts of other arts, such as: cubism, some ancient arts, fauvism, futurism, and etc. Many different styles in one.

Art Deco used in architecture, statues, buildings, paintings, and furnitures. Bright colors were important for this style.

Works in Art Deco can be found almost anywhere. It is both individual and similar.

Tales from childhood: New knowledge.

Sophie and her grandmother kived in the village. Because the walls in Sophie's room were repainted. But soon they will return.

Granny helped little Sophie choose color for the walls. She had an important choice.

At the end grandmother and granddaughter saw the result. It was very nice! Also, the girl chose accessories for the blue walls.

Ares.

Ares was a god of war in Ancient Greece. His parents were Zeus and Hera.

The God married Aphrodite, goddess of beauty. They had several children.

Also, Ares had several unique symbols, such as: sword, helmet, dog, and shield.

There are many myths and legends about this god. Artists and sculptors created paintings and sculptures of Ares.

Rene Descartes was born on March 3, 1596 in France. His parents were Joachim and Jeanne.

He studied philosophy, physics, and mathematics. Descartes studied in college and universities. Rene Descartes influenced the philosophy of that time.

Also, he wrote books. Descartes had a daughter named Francine.

Philosopher died on February 11, 1650 in Stockholm, Swedish Empire.

Father left his children in the forest. But Tom Thumb (the youngest boy) helped his brothers. So, they returned home.

Then they were back in the forest. Children met a monster. Tom Thumb safed his brothers again!
