Recipe of homemade salad for supper.

Ingredients:

Lettuce-5

Carrot-1

Tomato-1

Onion-1/5

Salt-1 pinch

Vegetable oil-1 table spoon

Cut all vegetables and put in one bowl. After add salt and vegetable oil.

Recipe of homemade porridge.

Ingredients:

Milk-500 ml
Porridge-10 table spoons
Sugar-2 table spoons
Salt-1/3 tea spoon


Add porridge cereals in milk and boil about 5 minutes.


Add sugar and salt in porridge. Mix food during boil.



If want you can add honey, jam, berries, fruits and/or dry fruits. Bon Appetit!

Recipe of homemade salad.

Ingredients:

Onion-1/4
Cabbage-50 g
Lettuce-50 g
Radish-4
Tomatoe-3
Carrot-1



Cut all vegetables in one bowl and mix. If you want you can add salt and/or olive oil.

Rcipe of homemade yogurt.

Ingridients:

Milk-8 oz (680 g)
Sour cream-3 table spoons
Plain Greek yogurt-1 table spoon

Heat up milk until 97 F (37 C). Mix all ingridients in a glass jar and wrap in a warm towel. Stay about 30 hours in a warm place.

Yogurt turns slimy and drawling. It's normal.

You could dressing in salads, eat with pancakes, add in a bakery, or eat simple. If you like you could eat with dry fruit, fresh fruit, berries or like smoothies. Sugar is add at the end.

Very healthy, tasty, and simple for human organism.
