Capture the Ceryneian Hind.

The Ceryneian Hind, or the Golden Hind was a big animal. This animal didn't know fatigue. They had golden antlers and bronze hooves. Also, Hinds were very fast.

Heracles must run faster than Hinds. Heracles tried to catch Hind three times and at last he did it. There are many versions of this labour.

Eurystheus asked for Herales because Goddess Artemis became evil. But Goddess forgave Zeus's son. The Golden Hind was important animal for Artemis.

At the end Heracles brought a live Hind to Mycanae for Eurystheus.

It was the third labour of Heracles.
