Presidents' Day.
On February 20, third Monday of month, in the United States of America Presidents' Day or George Washington's Birthday is celebrated. The first American President was born on February 22, 1732.
This holiday is very important for history. Each president of the USA does a lot of important deals for world history.

St. Valentine's Day.
On February 14th many people who are in love celebrate Valentine's Day. On this winter day you can see a lot of cards with paper hearts, pink or red candy, chocolate sweets in heart shaped boxes, beautiful flowers.

Great people: Audrey Hepburn.
Audrey Kathleen Ruston was born on May 4, 1929, in Brissels, Belgium. Her father was Joseph Victor Anthony Ruston, mother Ella van Heemstra.
During World War II Audrey lived and studied in the Netherlands.
In 1948 future actress moved to London and took balet classes. But Audrey Hepburn decided to work in theatre and movies.
She had successful and main roles in films such as: Roman Holiday (1953), Sabrina (1954), Funny Face (1957), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), and others. Also Audrey Hepburn had many awards for her work: Grammy, Star on Hollywood of Fame, Academy Award, Emmy, and Tony.
This actress also known as fashion icon of 1950s. Hepburn's characters wore fashion and beautiful clothes and shoes.
She had two children and became Goodwill Ambassor of UNICEF.

Recipe of homemade cake Fairy Tale.
Ingredients for biscuit:
Flour-450 g
Sugar-250 g
Eggs-2
Sour cream-2 table spoons
Maionese-1 table spoon
Butter-1 stick
Salt-1/3 tea spoon
Baking powder-1/3 tea spoon
Ingredients for syrup:
Sugar-120 g
Water-150 g
Amaretto-1 table spoon
Ingredients for cream:
Condensed milk-1 jar
Butter-1 stick
Sour cream-2 table spoons
Melted dark chocolate-1 bar
Amaretto-2 table spoons
Sugar power-100 g
Mix all ingredients in one bowl for biscuit. Warm up the oven until 420 °F. Bake about 30 minutes 350 °F.
For syrup boil all ingredients until bubbling.
For cream melted dark chocolate with cream. After mix other ingredients, too. Leave the cream in refrigerator about three hours.
Several hours later cut the biscuit on three pieces. Grease with the syrup each of them. Pour the cream. On the next day you can enjoy your dessert.

Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell.
Scarlett O'Hara is a sixteen-year-old girl. When the American Civil War began she worked very much. She married three times and had three children. Scarlett is a good bussiness lady, but bad mother. Her son Wade is afraid of his own mother.
Many characters in this novel died. Scarlett still a strong person. Melanie is a very good woman.
At the end of the story Scarlett O'Hara is a twenty-eight-year-old woman. She is a successful, but unhappy in love.
