Recipe of homemade cake with chocolate cream and jam.

Ingredients for biscuit:

Flour-450 g
Sugar-100 g
Sugar powder-50 g
Butter-50 g
Egg whites-3
Egg-1
Sour cream-1 table spoon
Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Mix egg and egg whites in one bowl. After add sugar, salt, melted butter, sugar powder. Stir all ingredients together. Warm up the oven. Bake the biscuit about 10-15 minutes. Use temperature 180 C (356 F).

Ingredients for chocolate cream:

Heavy cream-300 g
Cocoa-2 table spoons
Condensed milk-50 g

Mix all ingredients. After cover your biscuit with chocolate cream and jam.

Recipe of homemade holiday pie.

Ingredients for biscuit:

Flour-450 g
Sugar-300 g
Eggs-3
Sour cream-100 g
Salt-1/3 tea spoon
Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Mix sugar, salt, baking powder, and butter in one bowl. After add eggs and mix food. Also, add sour cream. Warm up your oven until 220 C (428 F). Bake your biscuit with 180 C (356 F) about 30 minutes.

Ingredients for cream:

Cream cheese "Philadelphia"-220 g
Sugar powder-3 table spoons
Double cream-50 g
Condensed milk-50 g

Mix all ingredients in one bowl. After decorate your holiday pie.

Recipe of homemade cake Fairy Tale.


Ingredients for biscuit:

Flour-450 g
Sugar-250 g
Eggs-2
Sour cream-2 table spoons
Maionese-1 table spoon
Butter-1 stick
Salt-1/3 tea spoon
Baking powder-1/3 tea spoon

Ingredients for syrup:

Sugar-120 g
Water-150 g
Amaretto-1 table spoon

Ingredients for cream:

Condensed milk-1 jar
Butter-1 stick
Sour cream-2 table spoons
Melted dark chocolate-1 bar
Amaretto-2 table spoons
Sugar power-100 g



Mix all ingredients in one bowl for biscuit. Warm up the oven until 420 °F. Bake about 30 minutes 350 °F.









For syrup boil all ingredients until bubbling.


For cream melted dark chocolate with cream. After mix other ingredients, too. Leave the cream in refrigerator about three hours.






Several hours later cut the biscuit on three pieces. Grease with the syrup each of them. Pour the cream. On the next day you can enjoy your dessert.
