Recipe of homemade boiled potatoes.

Ingredients:

Potatoes-7

Salt-1 tea spoon

Black pepper-to taste



Cut potatoes and boil them. Add salt and black pepper during cooking.

Recipe of homemade fried vegetables.

Ingredients:

Zucchini-2
Onion-1
Carrots-2
Garlic-4 heads
Tomatoe-1
Soy sauce-2 table spoons
Vegetable oil-3 table spoons
Salt-1 pinch
Black pepper-to taste
Italian seasoning-to taste

Cut and fry with vegetable oil. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Recipe of homemade soup with beans.

                                                               

Ingredients:

Water-2 L

Meat-500 g

Beans-300 g

Carrot-1

Potatoes-2

Onion-1

Salt-1 tea spoon

Black pepper-1 tea spoon

Italian seasoning-1 tea spoon

Garlic-1

Soak the beans for three to four hours. Cut vegetables. Boil all ingredients during two hours. At the end add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Recipe of homemade vegetable soup.

Ingredients:

Water-2 L

Meat-500 g

Carrot-1

Potatoes-2

Onion-1

Salt-1 tea spoon

Black pepper-1 tea spoon

Italian seasoning-1 tea spoon

Garlic-1

Cut vegetables. Boil all ingredients during two hours. At the end add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. If you want you can add pasta and greens.

Recipe of homemade stuffing for pizza.

Tomatoe-1

Sausages-2

Cabbage-50 g

Eggplant-50 g

Onion-1/5

Head of garlic-1

Salt-for taste

Black pepper-for taste

Italian seasoning-for taste

Cheese-for spread

Tomato pasta-2-3 table spoon


Cut and fry the vegetables. 





Spread the vegetable oil and tomato pasta on the dough. 


Put on your pizza fry vegetables, cut sausages, and cheese.




Bake your pizza in the oven about 400 °F or 204 °C about 15 min.

Recipe of homemade fried potatoes.

Ingredients:

Potatoes-7

Oil-3 table spoons

Salt-1 tea spoon

Black pepper-pinch

Italian seasoning-taste



Clean and cut potatoes thin.





Fry potatoes with the oil during 10-15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in the dish.




Also, you can add meat for your fried potatoes.

Recipe of homemade meat chops.

Ingredients:

Force-meat-450 g (turkey, beef, and pork)
Vegetable oil-50 mL
Egg-1
Onion-1
Milk-3 table spoons
White bread-2 slice
Salt-1 tea spoon
Italian seasoning and black pepper-taste


Mix in one bowl bread, milk, and egg.



Chop the onion.


Add oil, Italian seasoning, onion, salt, and black pepper.




At the end add the force-meat. And mix it.



Make a round meat balls. Fry them on the middle fire about 15-20 minutes.

Recipe of homemade fried potatoes with boiled chicken breast.


Ingredients:

Potatoes-7
Chicken breast-500 g
Oil-3 table spoon
Salt-1 tea spoon
Black pepper-pinch


Cut the chicken breast and fry about 5-10 minutes.


After clean and cut potatoes thin.



Add them to the meat.


Fry on the oil during several minutes. At the end add salt and black pepper.

Recipe of homemade Russian Pelmeni.

Ingredients:

Dough-3
Force-meat-250 g beef fat 10%, 90% meat and 250 g turkey
Oil-50 mL
Onion-1
Salt-1 tea spoon
Italian seasoning and black pepper-taste


Fry the onion and mix with force-meat, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.



Make a firm dough. Mix 2 eggs, salt-1 tea spoon, flour, water and oil-20 mL. Give a rest for dough about 30 minutes.



Make a thin dough about 2-3 mm.








Make pelmeni.






Boil them in hot water with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.





If you want you can eat pelmeni with cream, sour cream, and/or butter.
