Recipe of homemade fry pies with meat.
Ingredients:
Dough-500 g
Force-meat with salt, pepper, and onion -500 g
Make a thin your dough. After add force-meat.
Cover with other part of dough.
Fry your pies in the oil.

Recipe of homemade meat chops.
Ingredients:
Force-meat-450 g (turkey, beef, and pork)
Vegetable oil-50 mL
Egg-1
Onion-1
Milk-3 table spoons
White bread-2 slice
Salt-1 tea spoon
Italian seasoning and black pepper-taste
Mix in one bowl bread, milk, and egg.
Chop the onion.
Add oil, Italian seasoning, onion, salt, and black pepper.
At the end add the force-meat. And mix it.
Make a round meat balls. Fry them on the middle fire about 15-20 minutes.
Bon Appetit!

Recipe of homemade fried potatoes with boiled chicken breast.
Ingredients:
Potatoes-7
Chicken breast-500 g
Oil-3 table spoon
Salt-1 tea spoon
Black pepper-pinch
Cut the chicken breast and fry about 5-10 minutes.
After clean and cut potatoes thin.
Add them to the meat.
Fry on the oil during several minutes. At the end add salt and black pepper.

Tomatoe-1
Carrot-1
Pickle-1
Head of garlic-1
Vegetable oil-for frying
Salt-for sprinkling
Black pepper-for sprinkling
Italian seasoning-for sprinkling
Cut the vegetables.
Fry the potato, onion, carrot, cabbage, pickle, tomato, head of garlic. About 10-15 minutes.
At the end add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Leave closed on the stove about 5 minutes.

Recipe of homemade pastry.
Ingredients:
Flour-250 g
Sugar-150 g
Sour cream-100 g
Salt-1/3 tea spoon
Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon
Eggs-2
Vegetable oil-200 mL
Vodka-3 table spoons
Mix in one bowl: sugar, salt, baking powder, sour cream, and eggs. After add vodka and flour. Mix it again. The dough should be soft. Roll around 0.5 cm in thickness. Cut the dough the shape of rhoms. Make an incision in the middle. Turn out through an incision. Fry in hot vegetable oil until gold color.
If you want you could add the powered sugar. Bon Appetit!
