Recipe of homemade meat filling.

Ingredients:

Force-meat with salt, pepper, and onion -500 g

Mix all ingredients in one bowl.





After add this filling to the dough.

Recipe of homemade belyashi.

Ingredients for dough:

Flour-about 1 kg

Sugar-3 table spoon

Vegetable oil-3 table spoon or 50 g butter

Salt-3/4 tea spoon

Warm water-300 ml. (40 °C, 104 °F)

Dry yeast-1 tea spoon

Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon

Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Make a dough.

Leave it in a warm place about 3-4 hours.

After mix the dough. Make many balls.

Ingredients for stuffing:

Force-meat with salt, pepper, and onion -500 g

Mix all in one bowl. Roll out the balls. Add stuffing.

Fry your pies.

Recipe of idea for force-meat.

Ingredients:

Chopped meat-300 g

Onion-1

Oil-3 table spoons

Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning-taste


Chopped the onion.


After mix all ingredients in one pan.


Fry it.

Recipe of homemade potato casserole.

 Ingredients:

Potatoes- 1 kg (6 or 7)

Tomato sauce-100 g

Cheese-100 g

Chopped meat mixed-300 g

Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning-taste





Boil potatoes and make puree. Fry chopped meat and add tomato sauce. Lay on a dish a layer of mashed potatoes. After add chopped meat with tomato sauce.




Add another layer of puree.



Add cheese again.

Stay the potato casserole in the oven. Bake about 20 minutes, 200 °C.



Cool the dish.

Recipe of homemade fry pies with meat.

Ingredients:

Dough-500 g
Force-meat with salt, pepper, and onion -500 g


Make a thin your dough. After add force-meat.





Cover with other part of dough.




Fry your pies in the oil.

Recipe of homemade lasagna.

Ingredients:

Lasagna pasta-600 g
Tomato sauce-8 table spoons
Forcemeat-300 g
Bechamel sauce-8 table spoons
Parmezan cheese-200 g

Ingredients for bechamel sauce:

Flour-2 table spoons
Cream-3 table spoons
Salt-1 tea spoon
Pepper-1 tea spoon

Boil all ingredients.

Keep pasta lasagna in a hot water for several minutes. Fry the forcemeat. After add bechamel and tomate sauces, and cheese. One layer of pasta tomato sauce, layer of pasta bechamel sauce, and parmezan cheese.

Bake in the oven about 30 minutes 150 C (302 F).

Recipe of homemade vinaigrette salad.

Ingredients:

Beets-2
Carrot-1
Vegetable oil-2 table spoons
Vinegar-1 table spoon
Onion-1
Garlic clove-1
Salt-on taste
Pepper-on taste

Boil in hot water beets and carrot. After cold vegetables and grate them. Cut onion and garlic clove. Add vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix all ingredients in one bowl.


Also, you can add green vegetables if you want.

Recipe of homemade dish with pasta, eggs, and cheese.

Ingredients:

Pasta-200 g
Cheese-100 g
Eggs-2
Oil-1 table spoon
Milk-1 table spoon
Salt-1 tea spoon
Pepper-1/3 tea spoon


Boil pasta in salted water during several minutes. After add oil.



Mix in one bowl: two eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.




Prepare cheese.



Add eggs and cheese to the pasta.



Cook this dish during 5-10 minutes.

Recipe of homemade Julienne.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms-200 g
Onion-1
Chicken (Breast)-200 g
Cheese-200 g
Butter-50 g
Salt-1 tea spoon
Pepper-taste
Italian seasoning-taste
Cream-2 table spoons
Flour-1 table spoon


Cut and fry the onion with butter. Cut the chicken and fry, too.




Cut the mushrooms and add to the chicken and onion.



After add the flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and cream.



At the top add the cheese.



Warm up the oven until 420 F and bake 400 F about 20 minutes.
