Recipe of homemade dough for sweet pastry.

Ingredients:

Flour-800 g

Milk-200 g

Eggs-2

Sugar-100 g

Margarine-800 g

Sour cream-1 table spoon

Salt-half of tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Yeast-1 tea spoon


100 g of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl



Leave in warm place about 30 min. Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs.



Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, sour cream, and make dough.

Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours.




Later mix your dough and cook pastry.

Recipe of homemade belyashi.

Ingredients for dough:

Flour-about 1 kg

Sugar-3 table spoon

Vegetable oil-3 table spoon or 50 g butter

Salt-3/4 tea spoon

Warm water-300 ml. (40 °C, 104 °F)

Dry yeast-1 tea spoon

Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon

Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Make a dough.

Leave it in a warm place about 3-4 hours.

After mix the dough. Make many balls.

Ingredients for stuffing:

Force-meat with salt, pepper, and onion -500 g

Mix all in one bowl. Roll out the balls. Add stuffing.

Fry your pies.

Recipe of homemade plum pie.

Ingredients for dough:

Flour-500 g

Sugar-50 g

Eggs-2

Butter-50 g

Warm milk-15 mL

Salt-1/3 tea spoon

Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon

Yeast-4 g

Ingredients for stuffing:

Plums-1 kg

Sugar-200 g

Semolina-1 table spoon

15 mL of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl. Leave in warm place about 30 min.  Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs. How our mix rise add milk and butter. Melt butter with milk. Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, and make dough. Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours. Boil plums with sugar 5 minutes. Add semolina to boiled plums. Add boiled plums to the dough.

Recipe of homemade buns with cottage cheese.

Ingredients for dough:

Flour-800 g

Milk-200 g

Eggs-2

Sugar-100 g

Margarine-800 g

Sour cream-1 table spoon

Salt-half of tea spoon

Baking powder-1 tea spoon

Yeast-1 tea spoon

Ingredients for stuffing:

Cottage cheese-500 g

Egg-1


100 g of warm milk, sugar, flour, yeast, and salt mix in one bowl.




Leave in warm place about 30 min. Consistency must be how thick cream. Mix 2 eggs.



How our mix rise add milk and margarine. Melt margarine with milk.


Add to this mix baking powder. Remaining eggs, sugar, salt, sour cream, and make dough.


Leave dough in bowl about 3-4 hours.


Make balls from dough.



For stuffing mix in one bowl cottage cheese and egg. Add it to the buns. Also, you can add raisins, if you want. Warm oven 218.333 °C (425 °F). Bake about 30 minutes with temperature 148.889 °C (300 °F).

Recipe of homemade loaf bread.

 Ingredients:

Flour-about 1 kg

Sugar-3 table spoon

Vegetable oil-3 table spoon or 50 g butter

Salt-3/4 tea spoon

Warm water-300 ml. (40 C, 104 F)

Dry yeast-1 tea spoon

Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon


Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Make a dough.




Leave it in a warm place about 3-4 hours.


After mix the dough and make three parts.


Make a loaf. Make notches at the top of each loaf.


Preheat the oven 450 F. Bake the bread 400 F about 20 min.

Recipe of homemade pizza.




Ingredients for daugh:

Flour-about 1 kg
Sugar-3 table spoon
Vegetable oil-3 table spoon
Salt-3/4 tea spoon
Warm water-300 ml. (40 C, 104 F)
Dry yeast-1 tea spoon
Baking power-1/2 tea spoon


Mix all ingrediets in one bowl. Make a daugh.



Leave a dough in a warm place about 3-4 hours.


After mix it make one big part. Roll and poke with a fork. Lay on the dish with a soread butter.


Bake the dough about 10 minutes. 200 C (392F)

Ingredients for topping:

Tomatoe-1
Sausages-2
Cabbage-50 g
Eggplant-50 g
Onion-1/5
Head of garlic-1
Salt-for taste
Black pepper-for taste
Italian seasoning-for taste
Cheese-for spread
Traditional pasta sour-2-3 table spoon


Cut and fry the vegetables.


Spread the vegetable oil and traditional pasta sour on the dough.


Put on your pizza fry vegetables, cut sausages, and cheese.





Bake in the oven about 400 F or 204 C about 15 min.
